Here are some tips to start living a more purposeful, zen life and incorporate the principles of Astro-Manifesting into your daily routine:
Understand your Meaning of Happiness: it provides a stable foundation and a sense of direction in life. From your day to day activities, which ones give you pleasure or joy? Identify if your life is full of activities which contribute very little to your overall happiness. Try to replace them with those activities that set your soul on fire and help you connect with your inner thoughts.
Renew the energy: In Feng Shui, as well as in the Astro-Manifesting principles, It’s very important to constantly renew the energy. The stagnated energy avoids the new things to come into your life. For example, if your closet or the space you live in is very disorganised you aren’t allowing the universe to provide you with new energy in which everything flows and occupies a meaningful space in your house.
Clean your space: Before New Moon, it’s very important to clean the house and to avoid keeping lots of belongings under the bed, as it’s believed this can affect your sleep based on Feng Shui traditions. You should also keep an Aloe Vera plant in a red pot in your house (ideally close to the main entrance door) to absorb the bad energy and purify the space.
Set your monthly intentions: Prioritise your main goals and what you would like to achieve for the month. This will help you to be focused and aligned with what you want to achieve. During Scorpio season, you should try to start a new project that brings happiness into your daily routine.
Cultivate your relationships: Caring and supportive interpersonal relationships are essential to your wellbeing. Do an act of kindness for a loved one. Or write an spontaneous letter to a friend and post it as a surprise. Write down what do you love about them. What characteristics of their personality are you proud about? Their reaction will totally feel more connected and help you appreciate the role they occupy in your life.
Reduce your negativity bias: We have a strong tendency to pay more attention and give more weight to negative emotions, than the positive ones. This means that you’re more likely to remember an insult, or a critic, rather than the positive aspects of your day. At the end of the day, reflect or journal about the positive aspects of your life. By doing this you can shift your awareness from the negative to the positive.
Live Intentional, Live Possible: cut out of any toxic energy and always stay truthful to your purpose. We recommend complimenting your journey with setting intentions that will shape the person you want to become. For instance, decreasing your meat intake if you want to become a more mindful eater; practicing breathwork if you want to become a more rooted person; daily habit tracking if you want to become a more productive person.
